Explanation of Order Processing Time
Definition and Scope: Order processing time refers to the time it takes for us to complete order confirmation, product sorting, packaging, and delivery to the logistics carrier after the consumer completes payment. This time does not include the transit time of logistics transportation.
Specific duration: Generally, orders placed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days. If there are promotional activities, a surge in order volume, or special products (such as customized goods), the order processing time may be extended to 3-5 working days. We will clearly inform consumers of the expected order processing time on the successful order page and order details.
Special situation notification: If there is a delay in order processing due to product out of stock, system malfunction, or other special reasons, we will notify consumers within 12 hours of discovering the problem through email, SMS, or independent internal messaging, and provide an estimated delay duration and solution, such as changing the product, waiting for replenishment, or canceling the order.
International Transportation Policy
(1) Delivery country or region description
List display: We have set up a dedicated "International Transportation Service Scope" page on our independent website to display in detail the countries or regions that can provide international delivery services in the form of a list. At the same time, on the checkout page, when the consumer selects the shipping address as foreign, the system will automatically verify whether the country or region to which the address belongs is within the service range. If not, the consumer will be prompted with "We are sorry, we are currently unable to provide delivery services to your country/region".
Real time updates: Due to possible changes in logistics cooperation scope and customs policies, we will regularly review and update the list of countries or regions that can be delivered, and inform consumers through independent website homepage announcements, email notifications, and other means during updates.
(2) Notice of non delivery to country or region
Reason explanation: Due to unstable political situations, customs policy restrictions, logistics and distribution difficulties in some countries or regions, we are temporarily unable to provide delivery services. On the "International Transportation Service Scope" page, a separate list will be made for countries or regions that cannot be delivered, and a brief explanation of the reasons for the inability to deliver will be provided, such as "[Country/Region Name]: Due to strict import controls on some goods by local customs, delivery is currently not supported".
Consultation and feedback: If consumers have any questions or needs regarding transportation services in specific countries or regions, they can consult through independent customer service channels (such as online customer service, customer service email, customer service phone). We will respond promptly and consider whether to expand the scope of transportation services based on the actual situation.
(3) Freight calculation method
Comprehensive billing: The international transportation freight is calculated based on the weight, volume, destination country or region, logistics method, and possible additional fees (such as remote area surcharges, fuel surcharges, etc.) of the goods. Different logistics methods (such as international express delivery, international dedicated lines, postal parcels, etc.) have their own billing standards. After the consumer selects the shipping address and logistics method on the checkout page, the system will automatically calculate and display the order shipping cost.
(4) Estimated delivery time
Time efficiency explanation for different logistics methods: There are differences in the expected delivery time for different logistics methods. Generally speaking, international express delivery (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) has a faster transportation time and is expected to be delivered within 3-7 working days; International dedicated lines usually take 5-10 working days depending on the destination; The price of postal parcels is relatively low, but the transportation time is slow, expected to take 7-15 working days. The above time is for reference only, and the actual transportation time may be affected by factors such as customs clearance efficiency, destination country holidays, and logistics peak season.
Real time tracking and notification: We work closely with logistics carriers to provide consumers with real-time tracking services for logistics information. Consumers can click the "View Logistics Trajectory" button on the order details page of the independent website to jump to the logistics carrier's official website or cooperative query platform, and enter the waybill number to check the transportation status of the goods. At the same time, when there are critical changes in the transportation status of goods (such as shipped, arrived in the destination country, undergoing customs clearance, delivered, etc.), we will promptly notify consumers through email, SMS, or independent internal messages.
